Crazy bone action on these short ribs

They usually pullback but haven't had them twist around like this!

    If you look at the bottom, you'll probably find you got differing amounts of pullback on the bottom membrane. That will cause them to twist.

    What is your side dish? I can see that it is cooked in a plank, it looks a bit like egg but egg wouldn't hold that form, doesn't seem to be potato, ... I'm curious...

    The bones look crazy but the ribs look great.  @kaybee the side looks like cedar planned mashed potatoes with cheese on top. They look excellent as well. 


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    Yes mashed potatoes with a little bacon and garlic and cheese on top. A little time on the grill really kicks em up a notch.!
