Monster Brunch Burgers

I decided to make some Burgers on the flattop Griddle Sunday night so I got things ready. Took one pound of Angus Ground beef and mixed in some Bacon and Onions and formed them into a ball. I then got a Potato and Grated that and dried it out some and put two eggs in a bowl to use. Put the Burger Balls on and smashed them down to cook. Man what a sight as this was the first time using the griddle for burgers. They stayed the same size as when I smashed them amazing. I topped the burger with Pepper Jack Cheese then the Hashbrown potatoes that I had made along with some bacon and finally the egg was set on top of this and all set on some toasted buns. !/3 pound burgers turned out great and I think better then on the grill.

I get busy and forget to take pictures while the meal is cooking. I got to get better at that. It was an amazing burger though and we gonna do it again for sure. Got the idea from Applebee's. I will try to do better with the pictures next time.

As fast as the cooking is on the griddle you were lucky to 1. Nice burger...

Pictures are nice to have...I rarely get them.......It's like a pack of wild dogs feeding when the meat come off the egg.

    Nice looking cook!

My trouble is I get caught up in the cook and forget all about taking pictures. My sole purpose is to please the wife and make her love what I have made. If I do that then it is a winner. Believe me that Burger Pleased Her because it was a 1/3lb Burger and she ate it all. Normally she would eat a half of a meal when we go out and then save the other for later.
