Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Stuffed some chicken breasts with Goat Cheese, homemade spinach pesto and some roasted peppers. Made an attempt to close the opening with skewer sticks. Hopefully it works out. Coated the breasts with an EVOO, Balsamic and herb mixture.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Thanks all, they were really good. A couple changes I may make next time are making a more a basil pesto instead, the spinach one was a bit bland to me. I will also use more fresh herbs on the outside coated mixture.Las Vegas, NV

Very nice. But did the bacon covering fall off?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
