Reheating a frozen tri tip

Two weeks ago I grilled two tri tips and I vac sealed one and froze it.
What is best way to reheat a frozen tri tip without overcooking it or drying it out?
Thanks in advance.

Sous Vide if you have one, otherwise I always cut thin slices and sear quick in a skillet for fajitas. Kind of depends on how you want to eat it.

Sous vide is best bet
If thats not an option id go the low heat foiled method in oven or bge. 250 or less until its warmed
If you dont have a sous vide this is a perfect justification to get one! -
Or slice up thin and sauté in a cast iron pan with some olive oil and butter and onions, throw on a piece of cheese and make the greatest steak sandwich ever.Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle
