    =)

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Haha, just like in the Publix Seafood department, they did not know how to filet a fish! I bought the whole fish and had to filet it myself when I got it home.

And also a rather large meat market in Tampa that didn't know what spatchcocking a chicken meant. I had to explain it to 3 people behind the counter. Funny, but even Publix knew that one.
The filleting is definitely bad. Unfortunately, many of the larger grocery stores no longer employ certified butchers. So, spatchcocking a chicken doesn't surprise me as something they weren't experienced with. Stores in my area have even gotten rid of much of the production equipment, including the band saw.

This is disappointing though. You go to a specialist and they don't have a clue...

Hoping to pick up a few points today after work. 45 min drive- 1.59/lb point, 2.15/lb beef bottom round and 1.09 pork butt. Bank account is going down today.

Make sure you tell them you want the biggest dickle they can find or handle.
I loaded up 10 packages of butts and told them I needed dickles small enough to squeeze between these butts. That's one package on the bottom right in the bag (for protection).
