    @legume the best Mexican food I've ever had was from some Mexican bricklayers who cooked lunch on a trash can lid over a fire. I was hesitant at first but damn that sheet smelled good

    I've never understood the hate some people spew over different brands. You buy what you like/can afford and I buy what I like/can afford. I've never got bent out of shape over what someone else bought.

    @acmoser76 - I share your sentiments.  That said, this forum is sponsored by BGE so I can appreciate the initial thread posting.   However, the track record here is quite open regarding cookers of all types and a whole lot of other side-ways ramblings.  In my opinion, the buffalo is quite reasonable but there are some trip-wires that are crossed without warning.  And that comes with the territory.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    I know your feelings about changing brands.  I am pulling the trigger on a RED Komado Joe XL. That dude is big! The local dealer made me a deal I can't turn down.  $1095 for stand, plate setter, divider, some kind of extender rack, ash tool and free delivery, oh yeah 2 bags of lump. Mrs Cactus is not gonna be happy when she gets back for Dallas and a new cooker is in the family.
