  • In my humble opinion,it is by FAR,the best way to cook a steak. First,you season your steak with salt ONLY!.Salt is a rock and the ONLY seasoning that will not burn.You sear your salt only steak,remove from fire/ heat source and let it rest for several minutes.You then season your seared steak with whatever seasonings you prefer and roast it til it reaches your desired internal temperature.This can be achieved by indirect or raised direct method.Hope it helps.
