Doing another Turbo Butt today. Rubbed it down with mustard and Dizzy Dust. Using Rockwood lump and some Apple chunks along with some Pecan chips. Its about 8.5 lbs and has been on for about 2 hours now. Sitting nicely at 350 pit and 109 IT. Plan is to go no wrap and pull at about 203 IT.

When purchasing from Restaurant Depot they buts come in two packs. So I took the other but, cut it in half and vacuum sealed it then put it in the freezer for those time when I want something smaller.
