First Smashburgers.....OMG!!

i made my first smashburgers tonight.
1/4 pound LIGHTLY ROLLED bell of meat.
500° direct in cast iron skillet.
2 minutes per side.
Make sure to leave the crust when you flip.
I will never eat thick burgers again.
