Easter Dinner

Beef tenderloin, IT 120/reverse seared, served with garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and honey glazed baby carrots. We did a red wine vinegar/shallot reduction sauce as well as a sour cream horseradish sauce. Melt in your mouth delicious.
