Grilled/smoked Easter Turkey

I am going smoke the grill a spatchcock turkey,   Lemon Rosemary butter injection and rubbed down with Dizzy Pig  Shakin the Tree (lemon pepper) 

For the  injection  I melted some butter add fresh garlic and rosemary.  The warmed until the rosemary wilted  strained add EVO lemon juice and some of the rub. Mixed well mad injected

i was thinking to smoke at 275 for two hours and the kick up the temp to 425 for about an hour or until internal temp of 160.

what are you thoughts.?
