A simple Spanish dinner. First, roasted tomatoes, skinned and pulsed in food processor with a bit of honey, salt, pepper and garlic. Toasted bread, brushed with olive oil, and topped with the tomato.


Cooked shrimp in CI pan with garlic and olive oil. Added a dash of brandy and some parsley.

Ok, sign me up.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Had those in Spain recently. The shrimp were swimming in about an 1/8" of olive oil. I mention this because it was great to sop up later with the crusty bread they served.
Olive oil is supposedly a good fat.
