A simple Spanish dinner. First, roasted tomatoes, skinned and pulsed in food processor with a bit of honey, salt, pepper and garlic. Toasted bread, brushed with olive oil, and topped with the tomato. 



Cooked shrimp in CI pan with garlic and olive oil. Added a dash of brandy and some parsley.
