Found a nice hollow (holler in Indiana) that  had some big nasty yellows. Had some rain which helped a lot

It turns out that if you eat enough Morels, which I think is about a pound, then they are hallucinogenic.

So Dad passed that threshold, and was looking across the table at my brother and says "how many of you are there?!".  He then goes on a full blown magic mushroom trip.  Thought he could fly among other things.  From a guy who never touched drugs of any sort in his entire life.
My favorite restaurant in Ogden, Zucca's, has a four-mushroom pizza which I ordered for lunch about a year ago.  Very tasty, but by about 2 in the afternoon I was dizzy as heck, couldn't even stand up without having to grab something. Was an hour late getting home that night, didn't want to get on the motorcycle until it stopped.
I wasn't hallucinogenic at all, but plenty dizzy; I stick to smaller amounts during meals now (although grilled portobello "burgers" have never bothered me).

Hey - I don't need no stinking mushrooms to get dizzy - I fell down 13 steps a month ago and suffered a severe concussion! Dizzy as hell all the time and got another month to go the doc says!

was feb 20 for my fall, was fine except the pain for a week or two, then the dizzy fog until this last weekend. finally seem to be coming out of it. really strange how the dizzyness came weeks later after knocking myself out. just about 2 months like your doc says
