@ScottyTooHotty could you share the tot recipe? Looks like something that would go well with Egged ham for easter in place of Mac and Cheese....well, likely in addition to!

I used something along the lines of this recipe (http://damndelicious.net/2015/04/10/homemade-tater-tots/)but I decided to throw my own spin. I added cheese fresh bacon bits and scallions, maybe a dash of ranch dressing.
