15.2 lbs of butt ( 2 butts) on grid over drip pan 2" of hot water and 2 cups apple cider vinegar over inverted plate setter. Good fistfull of Jack Daniels chips. Butts treated with Elder Ward's rub over yellow mustard.[p]Dome temp 240 degrees. Butts off at 200 internal after 19 hours 42 minutes. Pulled, Dizzy Pig regular grind generously added, tossed. [p]Result - 7.5 lbs of pulled pork after cooking and bones removed - two happy adults, one happy 3 year old and 3 happy dogs![p]Oinks,[p]Pigasso and Sue E.
