Spatched turkey

used the dp mole rub, indirect at 350. Turned out nice and juicy, and did some grilled veggies with cauliflower mash. Thanks for looking!

  • I'm really liking it. It's good on poultry, and I've used it in beef tacos as well. I'm hoping it finds a spot in the regular DP line. We really like it.

    I may have added a chunk of cherry, but I didn't write it down. We don't use much wood with poultry, but I do remember that bird was really good!
