costco prime ribeye cap tonight, and a filet for my wife. Toddlers like grilled chicken. First time with the cap steaks, so went with what others recommended here and untied them and went hot hot hot. Think I'll be doing this a lot this summer that's for sure. Same way, don't even think I'll try to cook them tied it was so good.
