Pork rind crusted wings. Outstanding!

I saw someone else that had tried to s same procedure and had to give it a try.   Crushed a bag of pork rinds and crusted the wings then added the rub.  Smoked for 2 hours with peach for smoke.  If you haven't try this I would highly recommend adding it to your list.
