Nothing particularly special - just porn.
Ribeyes with simple seasoning and a splash of Olive Oil
Sea Scallops, [26-30] Shrimp, Cherub Tomatos, Green Onions
Indirect @ 250°
GrillGrates' surface temp at 550° or so
Ribeye steaks, medium
(Don't know WHAT made me think that those Green Onions would survive direct heat!
They didn't.)
The Sea Scallops and Shrimp survived beautifully. Cherubs, too.
Addendum:
Some who use GrillGrates on LBGEs might notice (and might care ) . . .
That's a 17.5" Weber grate - with handles - that holds the GGrates almost perfectly.
With it, the GrillGrates lift on and off the Egg as a unit.
Just sharing.

Fantastic cook! I'm sure it was delicious!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”
