Another pulled pork post

Made pulled pork for the first time this weekend. Being from Texas, pulled pork is not as common around here, though you can find some subpar stuff in some chain BBQ restaurants.

So I thought I would make something different than I usually do. Picked up a "pork shoulder butt roast" from the store. Seasoned it a few hours before I put it on the egg. Cook took about 12.5 hours low and slow style. Let it rest for about 2 hours, pulled it, and ate. Very good stuff. Pics below.
