HEB Wagyu Brisket

Anyone have any experience with HEB wagyu briskets? Or Red Top Farms?

last week I was stoked to find prime Brisket at $2.99/lb - this week they had prime, prime 1 at $4.99/lb and what they are calling wagyu at $6.99/lb.

No experience here but good price.  A SRF that size would run you around 150-170

The ones on their website are $499 for 2.  Yikes.

What a buzz kill. Down here in Ga we are still celebrating that the Morrow Costco sells Prime packers, and now you show Prime 1 and Waygu!

You are a blessed man for sure!  Whatever you do please post a full report on those higher grades!

It says American Kobe. That usually means a Wagyu bull crossed with Angus cows. Still really good on the smoker.
