Anyone have any experience with HEB wagyu briskets? Or Red Top Farms?
last week I was stoked to find prime Brisket at $2.99/lb - this week they had prime, prime 1 at $4.99/lb and what they are calling wagyu at $6.99/lb.

No experience here but good price. A SRF that size would run you around 150-170

What a buzz kill. Down here in Ga we are still celebrating that the Morrow Costco sells Prime packers, and now you show Prime 1 and Waygu!
