Final Four ribeyes

Threw a couple fresh local ribeyes on the Egg tonight before the basketball games.
Gave them a little kiss of flame early before moving them to the sides for a few minutes.
Really opened it up at the end to give them some color.
They turned out great and were complimented well by some mashed potatoes.
Oh, and the Tar Heels won so they were good luck!
