Saucy Ribs

I'm usually a dry rib guy, but loin backs were on sale for $3.49/lb. and the store had Blues Hog Tennessee Red, so I got saucy. Cut the TR with some honey to counter the heat, and these may be the best ribs ever

I mop my ribs with TR as well. Never souped them up with honey though. Sounds and looks good. Mine are basically dry even with the mop. I use just enough to moisten. I'll give this a try. Thanks.

I'm with you on the dry ribs, but your sauced ribs look spot on.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

That's a nice glaze!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”
