Has anyone tried these before? If so, how did you cook them (temp, time, rub, etc.)?
I ordered a package today and thought I would give them a try.

I cooked the package that I ordered and I really enjoyed them. I ran the egg at 265-275, with cherry wood, salt and pepper rub, for roughly 6 hours.
It formed a really nice bark and the taste was excellent. However, it was quite fatty. Almost reminded me of the fat between a point and flat on a brisket in some areas.

Yes, they "as my wife" said were the best she had ever had. Indirect at 250 until done, about 5 hours. I was so impressed I reordered while they were on sale. Be sure to remove the membrain just as you would BB's or Spares.

The best things in life are not things.
