Thank you all. I dont really follow recipies but i did use 75% ground beef sirloin 25% ground pork. I seasoned it with granulated garlic, onion powder , salt, marjoram,thyme, black pepper, celery seed and a little milk powder for a binder. Smoked it at about 220 till 150 internal, chilled it then sliced it. Followed up with a quick sear on the bottom of my grill grates. Hope this helps.
