Dry Brine Mole Pork Chop

2 1 inch thick pork chops. Decided to try something different and apply the DP Mole rub about 4 hrs prior to grilling.

A little dissapointing. Not as good a the Compac Durocs that I am used to.
Normally I marinate overnight in jerk seasoning.
The flavor profile was not as noticable as the jerk.
I also think I have overshot the temp.
