This is my 4th day with my LBGE. It's a nice weekend and I'm still doing low temp cooks to get the gaskets right so we decided on ribs. I've kept it at about 280 for 4 hours. This picture was an hour before I took them off. They look and smell great. They are resting now while I have corn on the cob on. It's fixin' to get real good around here...

They did change the hinge on the large this year. It's easier and it makes the dome sit more level. They also changed to a bigger thermometer. Both are nice upgrades. Kudos to Big Green Egg for always innovating.Green Eggin' in South Carolina
