Rib Cook Today

This is my 4th day with my LBGE. It's a nice weekend and I'm still doing low temp cooks to get the gaskets right so we decided on ribs. I've kept it at about 280 for 4 hours. This picture was an hour before I took them off. They look and smell great. They are resting now while I have corn on the cob on. It's fixin' to get real good around here...
