I was just going to order a small ham for Thanksgiving and a good duck breat for this weekend....  Here's what arrived today:

and the resulting freezer including what was still on hand; drawers are full as well and two steaks and the four petit duck breasts are in the fridge for tomorrow and Sunday....

  • You do have a problem.

    You need a garage freezer.

Thanks @Killit_and_Grillit and @Eggdicted_Dawgfan. That is the garage freezer, we remodeled when we bought and moved all that to the garage. The problem is the impact on the credit card balance....  great eats though!

  • @da87 we did the same thing but I sold our side by side and bought a cheaper freezer and fridge. I've had great luck with them so far. No frills so it's just the compressor.

Hell I have more in sticker $$$ on my fridge than it's worth. I bet over it's life I will pay 3x over to keep it alive.

I heard that Costco has a chest freezer for ~$135.. I haven't seen it myself but it certainly sounded interesting.

@northGAcock, they sent that to help with the "honey do's" that I have to complete in order to keep buying SRF...;) Thanks @Raymont, there's a spot next to that fridge in the garage I could clear to put it, I'll take a look!
