Smoked Pastrami for Late St Patrick's Party

Saturday night we are got together to celebrate St Patrick's day, two birthdays and saying goodbye to some great neighbors.  I smoking some corned beef I am turning into pastrami.  I bought some corned beef,  soaked in water for 36 hours,  rubbed with coriander peppercorn, garlic and a little other bbq rub.

 I put them in my turkey roaster tented with Sam Adams Iris Ale and water.  It took 4.5 hours to get 150. Another 2 hours and it was at 205.  It was very good.  Here it is and photos from the GTG.
