Seasoning carbon steel pans: is it like CI?

    Michael, you're almost on the same page as me - I was talking about losing the seasoning on a carbon steel skillet, not cast iron. BTW I use my cast iron pans and skillets on my electric store with no issue as well.
    Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time
