My favorite wings

Have done wings dozens of times some were good some were ok. Kept up with most of the threads here that talk about them and have cranked these out twice in a row. For me and my two sons these are our favorites.

Left side rubbed with the gospel and lightly dusted with pork rinds. Right side tsunami spin. 375* indirect until they look right. About 45 mins.

Looks good. Like the pork rind breading idea.

I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

how fine are you grinding the pork rinds? Course as hand crumbled, or as fine as in a food processor.
