Ham on the egg

cooked this 10 lb ham from a local butcher for a family brunch. Used 1 chunk of maple and cherry wood each. 250-275 for about 3 hours. Used a honey oj. Apple juice mixture to baste it with about every 30 mins with some cinnamon and paprika, and coated it with sugar in the raw with an hour left. Turned out great.
