First Try on the new Medium
I'm going to finish my Corned Beef Brisket on the new BGE. I cooked it till tender and we've always enjoyed it with a light honey mustard glaze... I figured why not so it will go on about 20 mins before serving to set up the glaze and give a great flavor..... What ya think
