Picked this prime 2lb tomahawk ribeye up at Costco at $12 per pound. Reverse seared it on the small for about an hour at 250 to an internal temp of 120. Pulled and took inside to rest on a wire rack while I got the small to inferno and dropped the grate. The. Seared with lid open for about 90 seconds a side.  This was by far the best steak I've ever eaten or cooked in my life.
