That fish looks great. Did you catch it or buy at the store? I can't seem to buy decent catfish here.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

That you sir.  I bought it at the store.  First in a while I saw that looked edible.

If you had to eat the catfish on one of our mere mortal non-diamond plates would it taste any different??  Looks great-you just getting a jump on Friday or calling an audible for green beer and corned beef tomorrow??  Always great cook and presentation.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@lousubcap. He's just messing with your mind, it's a square plate rotated...

No it's definitely a diamond shaped plate. I tried rotating a square plate in one of my threads and it didn't work at all. Or maybe it was round I don't know.
