PRIME ribeye caps-OMG

I finally got around to making a couple of ribeye caps that I had purchased at Costco.
These things are like crack. We couldn't believe how good they were. 
I seasoned them with S&P and a little garlic powder. I decided to go reverse sear to help render some of the fat.
I cooked them on my MM at 300 dome with a little piece of pecan for smoke. I pulled them once they hit 120 IT and opened the MM up to 700 for the final sear.
They came out a perfect Med rare. 
Will definitely get  these again.
