No ties to SRF, just a really satisfied customer with SWMBO who now requires all beef and pork (other than L&S butts) to be SRF....  SRF Filet and parm & sweet pea risotto:

Thank you for the positive comments!  Love risotto with steak...  I do have to admit to cheating on the pizza - whole foods dough, but it was really good.

@da87 - Great cooks above but more impressive to me is your convincing SWMBO of the need to only cook SRF proteins as noted above.  Now that is a great play and result.  Congrats.

Thanks @lousubcap, comments and advice from the forum veterans are truly appreciated!  Convincing SWMBO was achieved using this six step program:
    1. Order a freezer full of meat during the Labor Day sales

Weird cut off on the 6 steps....
    1. Order a freezer full of SRF during the Labor Day sale, include cuts you know she loves

    2. Cook a steak (filet was our first) and some pork tenderloin before SWMBO knows how much was spent (can't find my tenderloin pictures)

    3. Take her out to a steak house, order steak and pork. Agree with her assessment that they don't compare to SRF on the egg and are obnoxiously overpriced for what you received. Gain preliminary agreement tonirder more.

    4. Prepare for her to be angry when she figures out how many $ are in the freezer and how much more it costs at full list price - lose preliminary agreement from point 3 above.

    5. Make it up to her with a ribeye cap and good bottle of wine,

    Serve SRF to her family,

    And for Valentine's day

    6. Finally, gain full approval to refill freezer during the next sale with agreement not to spend $ on restaurant steaks.

Again-extremely well-played.  Enjoy.  However, given the infrequent nature of their major sales you may need to double-down and toss in another freezer  =)
