Dang, I wish my Egg looked that clean. It gets a new layer of yellow pollen in just a few hours. I hate the pollen this time of year in NE Florida.

That was fresh out of the garage, SC gets a the fine yellow coating as well in exactly 30 seconds...

Firing up my first low and slow tonight...

Picked up a CyberQ while Guru was having their 20% off sale, and built a custom mount for my table. Cut two pieces of 1/4 stainless rod and threaded them in as posts to the underside of my table. Now I can easily mount and unmount my CyberQ with a pair of wing nuts! Since it's mounted below the deck and offset, it serves two purposes.

1. It's protected from all but the most rediculous rain.
2. It looks awesome because the mounting posts are totally hidden.

Running 4 shoulders at 210, will report back with the results!

It's 27 and Windy here in PA! Feel free to send some of that pollen (and warmth) this way.

Have the same table and after 2 years looks as good as new. Suggest getting their cover that really works well. After lots of searching this table is one of the best buys out there.

I have the cover and my egg also gets wheeled into my climate controlled basement so it hopefully should stay pretty fresh!

20hrs (3hr plateau) later and we've got a ton of pork, I'm a Traeger convertee, and will be selling the pellet cooker promptly!
