It may be a little slightly overpriced, but normal price for Vegas: Five50 at Aria.  Very good Appetizers and Pizza is great as well.  It's named Five50 because they cook pizzas in stone oven at 550 degrees.  Salads are also very good there.

Although you wouldn't think it would be much, The Steakhouse @ Circus Circus is great as well.

I know you may not be looking to spend too much, but if you decide to splurge a little, highly recommend Delmonico at Venetian.  It's an Emeril restaurant and the service is some of the best in Vegas.  Also huge wine list!

Also, it was mentioned earlier, Holsteins is good for a burger at Cosmopolitan.  If a nicer sit down style burger is desired, Gordon Ramsey BurGR in Planet Hollywood is also fantastic!

For a late night snack, Secret Pizza in Cosmopolitan.

For a lunch/hangout spot to get a great Craft Beer and watch a game, go to Beerhaus.  Do yourself a favor and order a pint of Alpine Duet, and get the Brat.  I believe happy hour is 2-6.  It's right near New York New York, by T-Mobile Arena.

    Enjoy your time in Vegas!
