me and the Medium have been out of commission for a while, so it was good to get back into action! Pretty simple chicken stir fry tonight.
I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium.

I used Wegmans organic stir fry sauce and some orange/ginger dry seasoning that I've had. Pretty simple.I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium. -

I'd be all over that.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

This is one of my favorite quick cooks. Takes a couple chicken breasts pretty far with a simple mix of Soy, ginger, garlic, and some hoisin or fish sauce. Looks great!
