Spring in the South

Beautiful day here in South Carolina.  I got all my chores done and made a nice supper.  A salmon pinwheel stuffed with crabmeat for Swmbo, chicken for the little man, and a prime ribeye for yours truly.  Garlic mashed potatoes, and I sautéed some jalapeños, onions, and mushrooms in some beef broth to top the steak.  The MM got the job done, I was to tired to fire up the XL.  It was a good meal, thanks for looking.

Back in the day, while doing the parenting thing, if someone suggested three different entrees, someone would have gotten an earful! Now, even if I wanted to, it's tough enough for me to get one right. Where are the three different veggies, anyway?

I know exactly where that is... Lol...actually used to live there on Watsonia.  I built the third house in the third phase of that sub division.  Small world.
