Should I just braise the boneless ribs or would you still egg them?

How thick are they? If they are thin cut, you might want to just grill them and glaze them when almost done.

Those are fantastic braised or ground up for burgers. If grilling, marinate them for a while.

My wife bought some...I just hit them at 700 for a bit on each side. Sauced at the end and flipped them over a open flame. Pulled around 145-150. Super good

WOW, they really jab you for deboning those things. I picked up some a couple weeks ago for like 3 bucks a pound with bones.
