My own version Over the Top Chili

I basically used @EggObsessed awesome chili recipe except I used 4lbs ground beef on the top of my DO.
I started on the stove top to combine everything but the beef while the Egg came up to temp. I rubbed the beef with a favorite rub then all went on the Egg at 300 , it's almost time to crumble the meat and combine, it smells awesome
