Good chili recipe?

my wife has a chili cook off at work and as much as it pains me to say...I suck at chili. Not really sure why but every time we make it it turns out good, but it's not chili. 

Looking for something easy

@theyolksonyou  recently won a cook-off with a borrowed recipe. He should be able to hook you up. It would have to be easy if he did it.  Only kidding as it was really quite good.

This one doesn't look like the easiest, but not super hard either. I haven't made this recipe yet but it looks like a winner to me.

Search for "award winning smoked brisket chili served at salado after party 2014". It is truly amazing. If you read the posts it has won at a few different places. Worth the time to make it. And I'm just a guy that has used, not the original makers. Good luck

Do you have a pressure cooker?  I won "People's Choice" at my church with this Seafood Chili recipe.  It's not egging, but it's fast and pretty good.

If you have time to smoke a brisket, this is very, very good.

Big fan of this recipe. Although I omit the celery and add a few jalepenos, a green pepper, and a Pablano. If you like it spicy keep chipolte, if not it's good without.

Just adding that I also won a chili cook off with Kelley's recipe.  Just cooked a brisket this past weekend to make some more.  You can't go wrong with this one!

Don't have time for that one as the wife has to make it tomorrow but I will be making a batch of that soon. Looks amazing
