Brisket burgers and a new handle

Ground up a choice brisket that's been in the freezer for awhile. Burgers today and chili tomorrow. Also been working on a new handle for the small. Nothing fancy but I think it turned out pretty good. It started out as a tree limb in a red oak tree behind my house.

They shrunk a little. I forgot to mention these were seasoned with Dizzy Pigs Cow Lick Steak Rub before the grind.
