2nd XL rack, 2 shoulders, 2 spares

Hey guys. Had my XL for a couple of months, trying my first long smoke on it. Wanted to try ribs and pork shoulder. I like ribs ok. My FIL really likes pulled pork, so figured I would make plenty. Also a test run for a couple weeks from now for my little ones 2nd Birthday. 

Also build a second rack, so around $25 so I had enough room. Hope it turns out, only been on ~15 mins.

I took the ribs off about 3 1/2 hours, they got done quicker than I expected. Wanted more vinegar flavor. But good none the less. Decided I do like baby backs more than spares. So does the wife.

Turned out pretty good. I like a little more vinegar and heat flavor, but I can add that with sauce.
