i smoked some country ribs tonight. Cooked at 250 for about 3 hours with apple/pecan. Served with roasted garlic cauliflower.
I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium.

We love country style ribs. They're cut from the shoulder/butt. Instead of paying the price of the ribs I buy pork butt on sale, usually .99 - 1.29/lb and have the butcher slice it in 2" slices and vacuum seal. I save on average about $3.00/lb.
