27 Hours: Multi-cook post

Did a bunch of cooks this weekend.  Kept the Egg lit from mid-day Saturday through Sunday evening.  
In cook order: two loaves of bread, then a spatchcock chicken (for Saturday dinner) and a bunch of boneless chicken thighs (for schwarma later in the week), then put on a 12 lb brisket which cooked overnight (some for Sunday dinner, the rest for chili), and then beef/lamb kefta kabobs (Monday dinner) once the brisket was done.  
Everything came out good.  Got pics of bread, brisket and kefta kabobs.
