Reverse Sear Filet

For Valentines, I made the wife reverse seared filets, roasted broccoli, red wine marinated mushrooms and IPA potatoes (thanks to uncle @mrtoad) using Dizzy Pig hop Infused seasoning IPA. I used my dry rub that I use on most my steaks - salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and a little brown sugar. 

Went indirect at about 250 or so and took them off at 110 and put in foil tent. Cranked egg to about 600 then a minute or so got me to a perfect medium. Finished with a compound butter of with chili powder and fresh garlic. Best steak I've ever made and incredibly simple!
