Me too! Plain ole white bread and a cold slice of the loaf, maybe a touch of ketchup.

Jalapeños were a nice touch. That would make a great sandwich with some thick homemade bread.

I always add a tablespoon or two of good ole Duke's mayo to the cold meatloaf sandwich, and in the summer, a slice or two of home grown tomato...best sandwich around. Yes, I like cheesesteak and muffuletta but nothing compares to a meatloaf sandwich.

When I make a meatloaf I mix a whole jar of picante sauce in with the meat. Great flavor and keeps the meatloaf moist.

Got to try that on the egg.
